Available in various sizes, colour and are entirely manufactured in-house. They can also be designed and manufactured in various sizes to suit the unique needs of railway platforms. The unique composition of polyurethane-based materials provides uniform colour, strength and durability, thermal stability, and UV resistance. The surface of the gap filler is nonconductive and provides slip resistance of class ‘P5’ as per AS4586. Gap fillers are mounted on the front or top of the fixing plate and are easily adjustable according to the need. These can be quickly assembled on-site with provided anti-tamper screws and bolts, making them safe, convenient, and long-lasting. Additionally, our patented technology ensures the reliability and effectiveness of our Alpha Rail Platform Gap Fillers.
